Hodges Rent All strives to ensure our customers have the best experience when renting from us. Please read through the following policies before signing your rental contract.
All rental equipment is to be kept dry and protected from any type of wet weather at all times.
CHINA & FLATWARE
All china and flatware must be washed and dried before being returned.
All glasses must be rinsed before being returned.
AN EXTRA CLEANING CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED ON ITEMS RETURNED UNCLEAN OR WET.
Shake free of debris and keep dry to prevent mildew. Return in provided linen bag. Laundering is not required.
Customer is responsible for damage to china, glassware, and linens such as breakage, cigarette burns, candle wax, tears, unusual stains, mildew, etc. upon return.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Delivery charges are based on ground level, to garage or dock, and no more than 50′ from the truck. Extra charges will apply for stairs, elevators, and extra distance from the truck. This MUST be arranged prior to delivery.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP REQUIREMENTS
The following policies are in addition to those already stated above and are specific to orders being delivered or picked up.
Please go over the entire order with the driver. By signing, you are agreeing that everything is present.
In general, all items must be back in garage or agreed upon area and all together in one location.
Samsonite chairs must be restacked on their pallets with the seat side up.
Resin chairs must be stacked seat side down with the cover on them.
Wood chairs must be re boxed and stacked o their pallets.
Chivari chairs must be stacked as specified by the driver.
Tables must be back on dollies and sorted (if different).
Umbrellas must be down and in their bags.
Do not throw away containers of any kind. We like to reuse as much as possible!
SET UP AND TEAR DOWN
Hodges Rent All does not set up or tear down equipment.
